The Bar-tailed Godwit found yesterday in OS was still present late this
morning on the bayshore off the intersection of Chinook Avenue and Vinca
St., with 29 loafing Whimbrels, near a flock of gulls. This was ca. 1 hr.
after high tide. The birds that often roost on Bill's Spit were not
there when we arrived this morning.
