Subject: Franklin's Gull at ESP

Yesterday (Friday, August 28th), a friend and I found one Franklin's Gull at
the south end of the largest pond at the Everett Sewage Ponds. It was
accompanied by numerous Bonaparte's Gulls. We birded the ponds and a
portion of Spencer Island and recorded about 53 species that morning
including:

Eared Grebe (1)
Snow Goose (1 imm./partial Blue) - with small group of Canadas
Wood Duck (1)
Blue-winged Teal (1+)
Northern Harrier (1)
Virginia Rail (3)
yellowlegs sp. (1) - flying away
Vaux's Swift (5)
Willow Flycatcher (1)
empidonax sp. (3)
Red-eyed Vireo (1)
Bank Swallow (1)
House Wren (1)
Yellow Warbler (1)
Lincoln's Sparrow (1)
