OK, since this is going out to tweeters, here's an experience
I bet few have had:

I did two CBCs 3,500 miles apart in the space of a few days.
The first was a circle outside Tallahasee. We had ice and
on the day I drove to Orlando to fly out, SNOW. I arrived
in Portland, where I did another. Though it cooled off by
the date of the CBC, on the day it snowed at Tallahassee it
was about 70 degrees in Portland...so much for going to Florida
to escape winter!

The big bird of the Tallahassee count? Cinammon teal! I
enjoyed searching through flocks of "rare for me" blue-winged
teals looking for it...
