3 years ago the following CWS Biologist requested info. on marked
Barrow's Goldeneyes. A friend of mine found one yesterday and I tried to
e-mail him but the address doesn't work. Does anyone out there have an
up-to-date address for him?

marked birds. He found it today 8 Dec. 1998 at the Downtown marina at
Poulsbo, Kitsap Co., WA. It appears to be an immatue female? with the
following tags: left side of bill: orange square: right side of bill:a
white X. Is this one of your birds?
