What! you mean to tell me that they let Jim leave the sunny westside! That
is an outrage! :)

I still would not use time of day and habitat as critera for id, no mater
where the bird might be found. As my post might indicate, I have been
digging into Long-eared Owl movements and such for several months now.
They are also highly migratory, and, as with any migratory bird, they are
likely to be found in alternitive habitats along the way.
