I have the older version of Thayer birding software and enjoy it. It has a
side-by-side comparison feature that is unique, for that reason alone I
would recomend it over others. If you wouldn't mind a suggeston though, if
you don't have Avisys or some other listing software you should buy that
first. Keeping track of your sightings adds a new dimension to you birding,
and in the long run makes you a better birder. For me, Avisys is meat,
Thayer is candy.
