I have Thayers, National Audubon and Peterson Birding Software and the
Thayers is so much better than the other two that there is no comparison in my
opinion. I also have ordered the new 2.5 version and plan on giving the 2.0 to
my niece to learn from (Thayers suggest that when ordering the new version
which I though was nice of them). I am also thinking about donating the other
two to our Audubon learning box. They might use them more than I do. I also
agree that Avisys is really a wonderful program for keeping track of your bird
listing.
