I am hoping to get to Skagit Flats after New Year's especially to see a
Gyrfalcon. So far, I've found no recent records of the bird's presence
there. What source should I use for planning a trip? Tweeters? RBA's? A
problem: the only affordable airfares require several weeks advance
purchase and are nonrefundable. Any help and advice would be appreciated.
