My brother is on his way back to Seattle and called us on his cell phone
and said "There is a frozen hawk in a tree with no leaves. The birds
wings are folded back." The directions to the bird are: West side of
Vantage,(about 10 miles) West of mile marker 112 on the North side of
the highway.

We could not get any more information becuase he said "the battery in
the phone is getting low, have to go."

I was wondering if anyone lived near there and could go and check out
this situation.
