hello tweets.

christmas was a busy day at my bird feeder collection, since i serve
several different seed and suet types, and thereby attract some fun
birds. birds sighted include;

hairy woodpecker: at least one male and one female, never at the same
time, so i am not sure exactly how many are making an appearance
bushtits: a family group of at least 20 individuals
black-capped chickadee: several, but i am not sure how many, exactly
pine siskin: a small flock of at least five individuals
red-shafted flicker: at least one young-of-the-season or perhaps a
female? the bird is too cautious for me to get a close, long look
