Dear Tweets,

I few of these lists and everyone will be groaning, I know, but late last
night I became intrigued after reading Hugh's list of Christmas card birds.
I had to know, too! I found that this was my most non-birdy Christmas
card year in ages, maybe ever. I actually had more mammal species than
birds - plus one tuna fish photo! So, I offer my list . . .

5 hens :-(
2 black-capped chickadees
2 cardinals
2 mallards
8 bald eagles (on one card)
1 bird sp. (a non-partridge, but in a pear tree!)
1 possible towhee ( ? )
and my only exotic: 1 beautiful blackshouldered kite from South Africa
