Subject: From the regional editor: regarding on-line submissions
Date: Dec 31 09:34:11 1998
From: Mike Patterson - mpatters at orednet.org

I'm starting to get on-line submissions via e-mail on CBC's. While this
is mostly a way cool thing, please note the following (forgive the upper
case loudness, but I want to get your attention):

ALL RARE AND UNUSUAL REPORTS IDENTIFIED ON THE REGIONAL FAQ (URL LISTED BELOW)
NEED TO BE COMPLETED IN HARDCOPY FORM WITH COMPLETE DESCRIPTIONS, SKETCHES and
PHOTOS. THE ON-LINE FORM IS INSUFFICIENT FOR GENUINELY UNUSUAL SPECIES.

So far LESSER YELLOWLEGS has been submitted apparently with no hardcopy details
to follow. The compiler who submitted that report (and you know who you are)
is asked to submit appropriate hardcopy details.

As always, Thank You for your gracious cooperation.
