Hi All,

I was just surveying the most recent gull photographs by Ruth Sullivan,
posted by Dennis Paulson. Again, as always, I am truly impressed with Ruth's
photos, especially as vehicles for bird identification.

So often the opposite is true. Someone has a photo of a mystery bird, posts
it on the internet and asks for input. But the photos are impossible:
blurry, poor color rendition, and the photos don't give the critical views
needed for ID. Just the reverse with Ruth's photos. They are sharp, appear
to give good color rendition, and provide the critical views.

Thank you Ruth. Your photos provide me with wonderful learning experiences.
