Hi, folks

Wierd sightings in the last few weeks..caracaras, Laysan albatrosses, now
hoopoes. Folks, it sounds as if someone in the state had a private aviary of
all sorts of birds and has either tired of it and released the birds into the
wild, or someone released them for him. EIther way it's illegal...this is how
we got starlings and house sparrows.
If the owner released them himself, he has to know he's been breaking the law
and so one more law broken means nothing to him. I can only imagine what other
birds he had..god help us if he had queleas.......................
