*Only* an hour?!! Geeze -- I can make a cup of coffee last all day; even a
*week* or more! :-)) Seriously! I carry two cups in field, fill them both up
the night before so I'll at least *have* 'coffee' for the start of the next
day since no one else seems to wake up or open up when I do. Never mind if
it's stone cold, or 'frozen' even. It's still coffee so who cares! :-)) I'm
famous much to the horror and lost respect of many for leaving a cup of coffee
sitting around on my desk, going away for a week or more, then finishing it
off when I get back. I mean, why waste it -- it's still good, and besides, if
it's not 7-11, it's Folger's Crystals and so, keeps forever :-)). Cheaper too
if not 'free' altogether. Starbucks, latte stands, espresso shops? Well,
those are too rich for my blood and I don't much like 'em anyway. So, just
roll over and die "Mr. Starbuck's" Fred Bird '-) I think I must have gotten
spoiled by all those little cans of cold coffee coined out of Japanese vending
machines in Tokyo and copped out of cases stowed outside on the cold weather
decks on Japanese fishing boats in Alaska.
