I'm a beginner at this observation of local bird life, but I'm learning.
The Columbidae is my first investigation of winged life forms at
the observational level. No longer a hunter of game fowl, I'm content
to wander the paths and woods for the sole purpose of seeing the
birds and hearing their songs.
