hello tweetsters.

this morning, as i stumbled in to campus, i was very pleased to
see the distinct silhouette of a cedar waxwing outlined against
the grey and blue sky. the bird was sitting on a power line in
ballard, at the foot of phinney ridge.

this was a wonderful sighting in an otherwise starling-english
sparrow rich part of the city.
