As Dave Barry says: I swear I am not making this up! I caught sight of a
Flicker swooping past my kitchen window this weekend, almost under the
eaves, much closer to the house than he usually comes. I looked out to see
what was causing this commotion and the Flicker made a U-turn, took off
across the yard and disappeared into the evergreen trees. What was chasing
him out of the yard? An Anna's hummingbird!!
