Wow! Adak! I used to pass through Shemya. My sentiments exactly and
before Joan 'apologizes'. Sometimes in the military you really are doing
your job and birds are secondary!!! I have always enjoyed birds and my
opportunities, also, were extensive to bird but did not. That's a fact not
an excuse. Now, I thoroughly enjoy it!!

A new home, new birds, new friends -- what else can one ask for?
