Heya Tweets,

Jeez, I made the 100 level, do I get a free coffee cup or BBQ lighter or
something? Somehow, I think the number (assuming it represents the number
of posts that I made in response to an individual) is way off.
Furthermore, I'd like to defend the practice of posting a reply to a post
(rather than an original post) to the group as a way of assuring that the
entire group can benefit from the conversation.

I sincerely doubt that I had 130 messages over the last three years that
were intended solely for an individual. They may have started with "Bob,"
rather than "Heya Tweets,", but they were still intended for the group.
Of course, there may have been a few other cases, but hey- no one's
perfect.

In short, I'm amazed and offended by the audacity of someone to quantify
my posts and dismiss their validity due to (what?) certain parameters. So,
in a sense, I guess you could consider this an open letter of the very
sort I refer to above.

Thanks,

Patrick Scott
