Hi, this man showed me his Badge, which he had in his wallet, sorry i din't
mention it.i been there many times, and no one ever said any think to me .
This Game Warden was verry polite, and told me wy he had to enforce the
License. The day before there was about over 20 Birders out on the NO SAFTY
ZONE, try to find the Green-tailed Towhee. All the way to the 17th of Jan.
there have the Right to be there, and we have to stay back only to be in
the Safty- Zone. The Hunters went and complained about the Birders, so he
had to enforce the Rules. I know myself where the Towhee been sighted is
way out and not in the Safty-Zone any more. That day When i had no License,
he allowed me and look for the Towhee and since there was few Hunters aound
he also said, i can go there. So basicly it comes down to: be courteous turs
the Hunter and use common sense. This Game Warden have better thinks to do ,
than chasing Birders. The day he stopped me,he showed me what he had
confiscate 8 Snow- Goose from a boy 17 years of age, with no Hunting
License. I believe the Limet is three.
