Hi Tweets.

Does anybody know if one can purchase a Conservation License by mail? I'm
afraid that I could get caught without one, as my trips across the border
are usually spontaneous and that could put me in the position of being where
I should have a license before or after the stores that sell the licenses
are closed.

I don't object at all to paying the fee and I'd like to get a license now so
that I know I will have it when I make one of those last minute trips.
