I really tried to resist coming in on the reply setting thread. But I can't.

Regarding the default setting which governs replies to the individual or to
the group. I would guess that most of you who are in favor of returning to
having replies go out to the whole group are not receiving tweeters in
digest mode.

Those of us who receive tweeters in digest form must scroll down through
every message to get to the next one. This is fairly time-intensive. I do
not know if everyone who gets tweeters in digest mode will agree, but I
would like to see us try the new reply setting for a while.
