A colleague from India will be in Seattle on the 22nd and 23rd of January.
Most of his time will apparently be spent at Microsoft, but he is a long
time birder and really wants to see some bald eagles. He'll be staying
in the Seattle area.

Given the small amount of time available, might there be a plan of action
that could produce eagles with some sort of high probability? There are
a couple of eagles that I see at Green Lake occassionally, but not very
reliably. In the past, I've seen eagles at Spencer Island and the Skagit
delta, and at various places around Seattle.

Any suggestions about time, location or weather would be much appreciated.
