Hello Tweeters,
Of the request by many Birders, for direction seeing the Slaty- backed
Gull.Last sighting was on1-14th around 3.00PM. I din't find the Bird today,
but i only checked for 30 minutes, the weather got to bad.
Comming from Seattle take the Portland Ave. Exit 134.Go to Portland
Ave.turn right,after crossing Bridge, turn on Lincoln Ave. right.Cross the
Puyllup River you see to the right the Gog-Le- Hi-Te Wetlands, go to
parking Area.The Slaty -backed Gull was sighted in this places before.Marc
Ave.1500,and 18th E. BLDG. 1640 B ,Stellar BLDG.on lincoln Ave.[flat roof}
across the steet,{flat Roof} Across the Pond,{flat Roof} on the Pond,{one
time}On the Meat Plant,{can be viewed from the Wetland} The Gull can be on
any of the Roofs, so check all the differend places out. Good Luck and good
