Hi Tweets,

Went to see the Blue Jay this morning. Followed the directions from Fred
Bird and Gene Hunn and only had to search about 15 min before we found it
about 10:30am. Neighbors were very helpful and are obviously comfortable
with birders hanging around. It was feeding off peanuts in the backyard
of one of the homes at the end of the cul-de-sac on 106th (and 10th
place).

The first word we got from neighbors was that it had not been seen in
awhile but as we were talking we heard it call. Got some beautiful views
of this bird that I remember from my childhood in the midwest.
