Had a female hairy woodpecker at my suet feeder this morning.

I also had a great experience with one of the Marymoor bald eagles yesterday.
Driving north on East Lake Sammamish, one of the eagles flew alongside my
car. There weren't many cars on the road, so I matched his speed, as he flew
parallel to the road (well, shoreline). Just before mid-lake, he turned to the left and
flew out over the lake. However, before he did, he turned in and flew right over
the road. I got the greatest view of the underside of a bald eagle in flight that you'd
ever want to see!

Incidentally, the eagle was flying at about 32 mph...
