Kelly - I have seen Redhead 4 times in Western Washington:

REDH Marymoor Park 01-Feb-96 M 1
REDH Marymoor Park 23-May-95 MF 2
REDH Marymoor Park 27-Nov-97 M 1
REDH Fort Casey/Keystone 18-Dec-97 MF 2

They seem to be occasionally present here, but I'd be surprised if anyone
ever sees many at once.
