If over 70 and a resident of the State (dealer says for 10 years), you can get
a Senior ff license for $4.00 ($3.00+ 1.00 for dealer). If under 70 and a res
consider Resident f/f for $9.00 ($8.00+1.00). Either would avoid the sticker
problem under consideration by the Leg. Ed Level, Everett.
