January 25, 4:52 PM. Yes, the name is Bruce LaBar, (253) 272-1058. To
update on the gulls people have been seeing: Saw the SLATY-BACKED GULL today
down at the Gog-li-hi-te Wetlands Area, the tideflats in Tacoma, take Portland
Street down to Lincoln, you go over the bridge, the Gog-li-hi-te Flats is
right there. The gull was on a roof very close to where I was scoping. I had
excellent views of it. Also, I went on down to American Lake after that, from
the park on the east side of American Lake, I saw the LITTLE GULL. If you have
any questions, give me a call. Thank you.

January 25 - Hi, Jason Starfire, (206) 546-7069. Today I went skiing at
Stevens Pass and managed to get a few hours birding in. Near the Mountaineers
Private Lodge off the Brook's (?) Chair, I had 9 WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILLS. Good
luck and good birding.
