Birder Cards are available from Oregon Field Ornithologists and have been
for the past year. I'll be happy to send anyone information about
purchase (and membership if you're not a member--shameless commercial
plug).

I have found the birder cards not only useful to leave at restaurants,
hotels, and the like, but I also carry some in my car to identify myself
in rural areas should I be approached about what I'm looking at.
