Sightings for Thursday, January 29
At Reifel today were a SWAMP SPARROW by the tower, 3 BLACK-CROWNED
NIGHT-HERONS, an AMERICAN BITTERN, a LINCOLN'S SPARROW, A BARN OWL and a
NORTHERN SAW-WHET OWL. Up to 13 EURASIAN WIDGEONS were between the Roberts
bank and Tsawwassen jetties.
Sightings for Wednesday, January 28
A PEREGRINE FALCON and 5 EURASIAN WIDGEON were at the foot of 12th Ave in
Tsawwassen. A MERLIN was in the 4000 block of Eaton street in East
Vancouver.
Sightings for Tuesday, January 27
The PRAIRIE FALCON was seen at its usual location at the foot of 34th St in
Delta and six WESTERN MEADOWLARKS were along 33a Ave in Delta. A BARN OWL,
a NORTHERN SAW-WHET OWL, A Long-billed Dowitcher, three Sandhill Cranes and
2 BLACK-CROWNED NIGHT HERONS were at Reifel.
