Maybe, but the Hermiston birds were at their colony this year.
I suspect there is a large colony at Carty Reservoir at the Boardman
Coal Plant, Oregon DeLorme p85 A5. It doesn't show on the map, but
it is about 10 miles south of the Boardman airport on Tower Road.
Unfortunately the huge reservoir is not open to the public.
I have seen one TRI-COLORED BLACKBIRD on the public portion
of Tower Road.

I was actually surprised that I did not find Tri-Colored BB nesting
along the Columbia River in southern Benton County during
extensive searching this year. I'm waiting for those Soap Lake
birds to head south! They do disappear immediately after nesting.
