Hi Tweets:

Monday morning, while I was at the Redmond Watershed Preserve, I heard a call
that I couldn't identify. Usually the call was an ascending 4 notes (but
sometimes 3 or 5), with each note about 1 second in length and each one a note
higher than the previous one. Sort of like 1-2-3-4. The tone was clear and
seemed to come from the top of the trees. The call continued for about 20
minutes. During that time I saw a Cooper's Hawk flying and just before the
unidentifiable call stopped, a Red-tailed Hawk called several times. Any
ideas?
