I will be taking a cruise through the inside passage to Alaska, leaving from
Vancouver, beginning the week of September 6. I will be visiting Juneau,
Ketchikan, Haines, Skagway and Glacier Bay. Although, it is not the best
"birding" time of the year, I am hopeful of seeing some interesting things.

I would be most appreciative of any suggestions concerning:
A good local field guide and/or bird lists.
"Don't Miss" places to visit.
Likely sightings either pelagic or on land.
Other wildlife.
Best place in Vancouver to spend an afternoon birding.
