Now, escargot, .....that's a different story. Your Pekin ducks had very good
taste. I prefer them in a butter and garlic sauce myself. Have seen several
of them here in the Kent area, the Fenwick trail to be exact. Have been
tempted to gather a few. There are many birds in that area, and haven't seen
any empty shells around though, so don't know if local birds go for them or
not.
