BTW, I seem to be a bit dated, out of touch, or something. What exactly is
the conventional wisdom in regards to the we't-side status of Calliope
Hummingbird in the foothills and lowlands of King County. I just discovered
this evening in perusing Hunn (1982) "Birding in Seattle and King County" and
see that Calliope isn't listed. Hmmmm.... That's not right is it???
