I think I might have to indulge in a bit of loin-girding before
I would get super-glue anywhere near a new and expensive piece
of equipment like that. But it sounds like a good idea.

Now that you mention it, I believe the guy at Captain's did say
something to the effect that my glasses were much closer to my
eyes than most people wear them. Probably because they wrap
around my ears.

At least one set of binoculars has plastic adjustable eyepieces
that more or less accomplish what you did with the superglue. I
wonder why they all don't do that?
