There's a BARN OWL at Magnuson Park (Seattle) that's been there for at
least a week. (Maybe nesting in the old Navy buildings with broken
windows?) I've seen it south of the tennis courts in the grassy/shrubby
fields between 5 and 7 AM. It's very pale.
