I found the previously-reported barn owl at Marymoor this evening when he showed up hunting over the heavy grass between the second softball field and the road at about 9:55 p.m. He subsequently flew across the road and worked the periphery of the soccer fields for a little bit before disappearing around 10:05. Great show! My guess is that he hunts these fields almost every night; the only question is where in particular he'll show up -- it's a big place.
