Drizzle, drizzle, drizzle.

The BLACK SWIFTs were overhead above the boardwalk again today - at least
100.

Also at the lake there are 7 eggs in the Pied-billed Grebe nest. There were
about 8 Great Blue Heron fishing along the lake shore, and a Green Heron on
a snag calling.

Swainson's Thrush are everywhere, though very hard to see. There were at
least two Red-eyed Vireo near the northwest end of the boardwalk. Cedar
Waxwings are nesting.

Many juvenile birds including:
Canada Goose
Mallard
American Robin
Black-capped Chickadee
Bushtit
Downy Woodpecker
European Starling
Common Yellowthroat
Savannah Sparrow
Red-winged Blackbird
Brown-headed Cowbird
