Early Friday afternoon survey at East Bay, Olympia

Featured today: Greater Yellowlegs, Glaucous-winged Gull chicks (3 each in 2
piling nests), Barn Swallows flying practically through my legs, Purple Martins
(1 m, 1 f, 1 u) apparently busy at nest boxes, and 3 Belted Kingfishers, all
with narrow rufous belts and extensive rufous sides.
