A report from a birder in Oregon today noted that the Great Grey young
have fledged and that they have left the area of the golf course this
year. Sometimes they stay on, sometimes they don't.
The reporter also commented that the administration of the golf course had
more negative than positive birder interactions, so again be aware of
courtesies when you're allowed special access to such a place (especially
when they let you on for free--golf courses are really taking a liability
risk in doing so, part of the nature of a green fee is the understandign
that there are golfers like me out there)
