Hello,

I just joined this group a few days ago. I live in Oregon and would like to
spend
some time birding in southern and SW B.C. next week. Does anyone have any
tips or hot spots for finding the following birds (hard to find or impossible
in Oregon?).

Pine Grosbeak
Clay-colored Sparrow
Swamp Sparrow
White-winged Crossbill
Black Swift
Boreal Chickadee
Spruce Grouse
Sharp-tailed Grouse
WT Ptarmigan
Owls

Any recommendations on good all around places to bird (in the area Kamloops E.
to the Rocky Mtns and South to the Wash. border)would be greatly appreciated!
