Bob and Elaine:

There is a partial albino crow hanging around the South Hill in Spokane. It
is all white except some black around the face. My mom has been seeing it
around Jefferson school and in her neighborhood (near Lincoln Heights). (I
have yet to find it--it seems to know when I'm coming!!) I believe that this
is the crow that has made the news article that you mentioned.
