Marymoor was most notable this morning for the gorgeous weather. All the
birds were singing.

An adult Bald Eagle was on the nest. There were many (10+) Fox Sparrows. We
heard six or seven Virginia Rail, but failed to see any. I got to watch an
adult Red-tailed Hawk catch some small animal (probably a rat).

It was too nice out to go home, so I stopped by Juanita Bay Wetlands Park,
where there were at least 85 HORNED GREBE! I counted.

There were also several calling Virginia Rails, and at least 5 Common Snipe.
I watched one snipe SWIM about 8 feet from one cattail island to another.

Maybe I'll have to go back outside and enjoy more sunshine!
