Dear Tom and Fran,

I haven't received an answer from the Listprocessor Manager on your two
questions yet. In the meantime, here's a technique I use when reading a
digest message using the Pine emailer. Perhaps other mailers can use
something similar by clicking Edit Copy, Edit Paste.

When in the index part of the digest I select [highlight] part of the
first subject I want to read and store it in the buffer.

[If using WinQVT you can select with the primary mouse button (click and
drag) and store with a click of the secondary mouse button.]

Then type "W" , the "Where is" command, and with another click of the
secondary mouse button the selection is pasted in. Hit Enter and the
Message moves to the next part with that subject. The next time you type
"W" it remembers what was selected before, so just hit enter again, and
again, until the "Where is" follows the subject back to the beginning.

Then select a new subject and follow the same procedure. This works
somewhat while trying to read one thread at a time.
