Cedar Waxwing are fairly sparse at this time of year -- better to wait until
mid-May. During nesting season, they seem to like water. The best way I
know to see them in the summer is to canoe or kayak on Mercer Slough in
Bellevue, but they are common at Marymoor Park, and I'm sure at most large
parks in Seattle.
