The transcription team for the Washington BirdBox -- a group of dedicated
volunteers -- has encountered some unexpected difficulties recently and as
a result, no transcriptions have been made for about four weeks. We are
planning to catch up quickly, and the backlog will eventually be posted to
tweeters, as it has in the past. In the meantime, I am posting the last
three of the BirdBox summaries I prepare and post to birdwest two or three
times a month. While they are not complete in all details (nothing can
replace the verbatim transcripts made "for the record" and posted to
tweeters as a service), nonetheless they will maybe help bridge the gap.
