That is an excellent description of Marymoor last Thursday - not much going
on except for the singing of Song Sparrows, Marsh Wrens, Ruby-crowns, etc.
We did see two Tree Swallows, and the adult Bald Eagles were at the lake and
later at the nest. But our species count was particularly low (30), despite
extensive searching, and numerically, things were pretty pathetic too.

Quite a disappointment, given that last Thursday was beautiful, and last
Wednesday had been so good at Montlake Fill.
